Meet Our Team
Nursery Manager and Training Academy ManagerIn 2005, I was a young apprentice looking for an exciting opportunity in childcare. Dizzy Ducks was a new nursery that had committed to providing excellent childcare in a caring environment. I instantly liked their ethos and the people I met.
Since joining Dizzy Ducks I have progressed from nursery practitioner, to room leader, I then became a deputy manager. I soon became Nursery Manager and was responsible for setting up a new nursery. During my time here I was given the opportunity to study for my Level 4 Diploma in childcare and education
If you are ambitious and want to progress, Dizzy Ducks is great at giving you the tools and the support from senior colleagues to flourish. Everyone gets a personal development plan to help them achieve their goals and perform to their best potential.
I now have a busy but rewarding role managing our 80 place setting inn Hainault after 5 years running our nursery in Billericay, I also oversee our Training Academy. It is a brilliant role that allows me to not only work with our practitioners to help them understand and implement excellent childcare. But I still get the opportunity to do what I love best, working with the children. Watching them start as a baby and develop into a pre-schooler, and being part of that learning journey is just amazing.
I love that every day is different here. We are a close team who work who support one another in a company that is constantly moving forward and ever changing.

What Zoe Says
My son goes to the Haverhill Dizzy Ducks and loves it! It's a fantastic nursery, he cries now if he's not going. All the staff are friendly and go out there way for the children in their care, I feel happy to know that whilst my son is with them he is safe and well cared for.
